Terms of Service

Welcome to Peerhub. By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Use ("TOU")

License. If you are 18 or older, we grant you a limited and revocable license to access Peerhub in compliance with the TOU. You grant us license to use content you post.

Use. You agree not to collect users' personal and/or contact information for activities outside of Peerhub.

Moderation. You agree we may moderate Peerhub access and may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion.

Sales. You authorize us to charge your account for transaction fees where applicable. (Peerhub seller transaction fees are 2% in addition to normal Paypal payment processing fees. There are no seller transaction fees for Bitcoin or cash transactions.) We may refuse purchases or listings at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer. Many jurisdictions have laws protecting consumers and other contract parties, limiting their ability to waive certain rights and responsibilities. We respect such laws; nothing herein shall waive rights or responsibilities that cannot be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, (1) we make no promise as to Peerhub, its completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, propriety, security or reliability; (2) your access and use are at your own risk, and Peerhub is provided "As Is" and "As Available"; (3) we are not liable for any harm resulting from (a) user content; (b) user conduct, e.g. illegal conduct; (c) your Peerhub use; or (d) our representations; (4) we disclaim all warranties & conditions, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement; (5) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss (e.g. of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill)

Claims. You agree (1) any claim, cause of action or dispute arising out of or related to the TOU or your Peerhub use is governed by California law regardless of your location or any conflict or choice of law principle (2) not to bring or take part in a class action against Peerhub; (3) to indemnify Peerhub for any damage, loss, and expense (e.g. legal fees) arising from claims related to your use

Arbitration.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with or relating to this TOU shall be submitted to, and determined and settled by, arbitration in California, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon any such arbitration award rendered may be entered in the Supreme Court of the State of California or in any other court having jurisdiction thereof.
